We are General Contractors specializing in residential Manhattan Coop and Condo renovations. We have been in business for 25 years. We have completed hundreds of renovations in Manhattan. We receive our work through referrals from previous clients their friends, family and co-workers. We are also recommended through real estate brokers with some of the high end luxury apartments in Manhattan. There are several designers and architects we work with. We are also one of the in house contractors for Halstead Picasso Management. We are extremely familiar with coop alteration agreements their rules and guidelines for renovations. We try to make our time spent renovating these coops as problem free as possible. We try to keep good communication with the building staff on a daily basis.
